I have been with Diamond Foods for the past 16 years and have seen firsthand that our best assets are our employees and I am proud to be one of those employees. I've had many opportunities come my way and I've grown professionally as the company has grown. I've watched and participated in Diamond's very interesting corporate transformation to a publically traded corporation. In my job as Director of Human Resources, I most enjoy on-boarding new employees and familiarizing them with our unique culture. It's very rewarding and I take great pride in helping our new employees integrate into Diamond so that they too can make a difference. As Diamond grows, we will continue to attract and retain world class people into this special company. I know my next 16 years at Diamond will be even better than my first 16!
